Payment
If you pay by credit card your order will processed
within 24 hours or on the next business day. Processed means that we will
invoice you, not that it will ship immediately. You can expect to receive
your order within 7 to 10 business days.
If you want to pay by check or purchase order you can still use our
shopping cart program just as if you were paying by credit card. When you get to the
payment method page at checkout select either "Order by Purchase Order"
or "Order by Mail." At the end of your transaction you
will get a receipt. Print it out. If paying by purchase order attached a copy of the
receipt on your official stationary then fax it or mail it to us and we will process your
order right away. If paying check print out the invoice and mail the invoice with
your payment.
You can send your order using our convenient and secure shopping cart program or you can
print out this page and fax it to us at +1.646.292.5193. You may also phone in your order

If you order merchandise on this
website, your invoice will be automatically emailed to you. Be sure to enter a valid email
address. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
We accept
international money transfers as payment. Please email us at

international money transfer instructions.

How to Order?
Individuals or organizations that wish to order
using a purchase order must either fax or mail in their orders. All orders must include
the organization name/contact name, street address, daytime phone and payment.
Government
organizations such as libraries, schools, hospitals, and veteran's organizations may
submit an official purchase order.
If you are not completely satisfied with any book you have
purchased, you may return it for a full refund less any freight charges within 10 days.
If you return a video, a preview/restocking fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the return amount.
If the item costs less than $35.00 the preview fee is
$15.00.

EXPEDITED ORDERS
Shipping charges for ANY order that is NOT sent by our
standard shipping method for example, orders arrive in 7 to 21 business days are
charged $35.00 for the first item and $15.00 for each additional item.
Please call us if you need expedited shipping.
Return
Policy
All
returns should be sent insured for the full value of the merchandise being sent back. We
are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit to us. Please include a copy of
your receipt when returning.
Returns, exchanges, and received damaged claims must be made within 10 days from the
original date of receipt.
They
must be postmarked and sent to the address listed on your invoice. If you experience a problem with your purchase
after the 10 day return period, please contact us and we will do our best to replace it or
make an adjustment.
We occasionally send partial shipments, therefore if the portion of the order you have
received does not suit your needs please return it immediately, for if you delay it may not be refundable after the 10 days from the original date of your receipt of it.
ANY VIDEO RETURN
FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO A $35.00 USD preview/restocking fee. If the
video costs less than $35.00 the preview fee is $15.00.
When can I expect my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 14 business days if your
shipping address is in the U.S or Canada.
International addressees can expect their
orders within 7 to 21 business days. All international orders are shipped via air mail.
If we cannot ship your order within this timeframe we will notify you by email (if you
ordered on our website) or by post/ mail if you phoned or fax your order in.
Bookstores
For bookstores, the discount
for most of our books and videos is 20%. Please call for an exact rate. Bookstores are not
eligible for the free shipping offer.
