This program features companies and identifies the challenges they and their employees
face. Three young people take viewers on a tour through three different companies.
Interviews with executives and employees help students understand how the employees make a
difference to each company’s success and profitability. Students will learn some of
the challenges facing companies today and will see how the ability to change (both the
company itself and its employees) may be the key to a company’s success.
